- 5-Week On-Line Course (designed for busy people: 5-15 minute lessons self paced that take about 1.5 hours total per week)

The 5 CIS Modules will cover:
1) Confirm your Passion Area
The enemy has overtaken nearly every mountain of cultural influence. God built you for a purpose, but in order to make an impact, it’s important to understand and confirm which mountain you have the most passion toward. Through the CIS lessons and a Passion Area Survey you will confirm your top passion areas. These are likely the areas God wants you to focus on and fight for!
2) Confirm your Spiritual Gifts & Personality Type
God has designed and wired you in a specific way. Rick has developed a unique way to understand both your Spiritual Gifts and Personality Type. Together, these make up your Team Giftings. These team giftings will give you a better understanding of how you can help a team and better understand others on your team and how they can best contribute to success and impact!
3) Team with Other Christian Patriots that are in the same Passion Area
When Christian Patriots with the same passion (but different giftings) team together, God does amazing things! You will be part of a team with common goals and will no longer feel lonely or helpless. Frustrations will be removed as the team gets excited and enthused about what God could do through the team. Rick has LIVE group training with the IMPACTOR community every week and the community site has Facebook type functionality, high speed searching for all the lessons and other community activities.
4) Discover Team Effectiveness Techniques with your new team
Rick leverages his expertise in team efficiency by using Design Thinking to help your team quickly set impactful outcomes that are human centered. He uses Agile techniques to ensure the team makes progress quickly and receives feedback early and often. Many pay thousands of dollars to attend 2 day courses for Design Thinking or Agile classes, but you will learn these skills during the CIS program for a fraction of the cost as well as apply them as part of this team.
5) Become IMPACTORS together and work to TAKE OUR COUNTRY BACK!
Each team will create impactful outcomes in week 3 and make progress toward those outcomes in weeks 3 to 5. As you make progress you will feel appreciated, connected, empowered! You can continue with this team's efforts if the Lord has called you to this team, or you can use the learnings to create new teams or apply to your current or future efforts. Continue to learn as part of the IMPACTOR community that includes the live group training every week, Facebook functionality, high speed searching capability of the CIS lessons and other community events.
